How does your referral program work?
Our referral program is easy and straight forward. Any service booking that is a result of a referral you will have receive the following options. A Savory Sweet & Chic gift card valued at 10% of service booked, or a $20 referral fee.
What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept all major credit cards on this site's secure checkout. We also accept PayPal. For services on site or rendered face to face we can accept cash, CashApp, Google Pay and all major credit cards.
What is the earliest I can book?
You can book up to 1 year out for your catered event. However, understand due to rising cost of food there may be slight difference in final amount based on food costs at the time the service is rendered.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens. Most services require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. However if the food items have not been purchased you may apply your deposit to another date or service rendered. For example you cancel a catering event before food items purchased, you can apply that deposit to a private dinner party, meal prep, etc. There are absolutely no refunds for cancellation of events under 72 hours notice. Partial refunds for services cancelled well in advance can be paid via discretion of SSAC or applied to future service.
